Our story

Born from personal experience

In 2022, Olga began renting her own flat on Airbnb in Nice. She quickly discovered how time-consuming day-to-day management could be: guests, cleaning, pricing, emergencies.

Vesna was born from that experience. Not an automated platform, not a call centre based elsewhere in the country. A human-scale concierge service, rooted on the French Riviera, that treats every property as its own.

Today, Vesna works with owners in Nice, Villefranche-sur-Mer, Beausoleil, Cagnes-sur-Mer and Saint-Laurent-du-Var. With one goal: letting you enjoy your rental income with no hassle.

At Vesna, we charge between 15 and 20% commission on your rental income, depending on the city where your property is located. This percentage covers all our management services: guest communication, check-in, cleaning, laundry, maintenance, dynamic pricing and monthly reporting. No hidden fees, no fixed-term commitment.
Absolutely. You remain the owner of your listings and platform accounts. You choose your availability periods, your minimum rates, and you can block dates at any time. We send you a full report every month.
We operate in 5 towns: Nice, Villefranche-sur-Mer, Beausoleil, Cagnes-sur-Mer and Saint-Laurent-du-Var. This geographical proximity allows us to be responsive and to know the rental market in each area well.
Generally, your property is live and ready to welcome its first guests within 7 to 10 days. This timeframe includes the photo shoot, listing creation, initial deep clean, equipment audit and self-check-in setup.
