Getting your furnished rental classified means receiving an official star rating (1 to 5) awarded after an inspection visit. The process is voluntary, but the benefits are real: a 50% tax allowance instead of 30% under the micro-BIC scheme, a reduced tourist tax, and better visibility on booking platforms.

01 — Classification diagnosis

Before the official inspection visit, you need to know where your property stands.

This is a pre-diagnosis carried out by Vesna, before the official visit. The goal: to achieve the classification your property deserves.

02 — Classification paperwork and procedures

Once your property is ready, the administrative part remains.

• Selection of the appropriate classification body
• Compilation of the complete application file
• Coordination of the official inspection visit and follow-up through to the certificate

Once classification is obtained, we update your Airbnb and Booking listings and handle communication with the local authority.

Transparent and no surprises

The support fee depends on your property and the extent of work required. We give you the exact price after the diagnosis.

The official inspection visit by the accredited body is invoiced separately (€140 to €350 depending on floor area). This cost is not set by Vesna.
